Just a street shot, where you track a fast moving object using a longer shutter speed to create a blurry back ground. I added a little more blur which is rounded and not linear kind of blur, something more unique, to sort of seem like he was going faster then he actualy is. Shot on a Nikon Z6, 14-30 f/4 @ 14mm, 1/2 seconds, f/4, ISO 250. Feedback appreciated :)
