This photo was taken during the Chingay Parade during Chinese New Year in Singapore. I felt I wanted to capture the energy of the dancers during their performance so I used a slower shutter speed to blur their motions. It was hit and miss but I liked this photo the best.

I think it helps if something is in focus, so the blur from movement is relative to the still objects. Nothing is in focus.
