50.0mm f/F4 ISO 100 shutter was 1/80 sec. Others are long exposure of 4 sec, 2sec and 1 sec.

Really cool image! I think it would be a little stronger if he was completely surrounded by movement, like if the people on the bikes in the upper right frame were also in motion.
Yes you are right but after all it is road there are traffic. It is hard to frame this kind of image because of the distraction.
