This is an image I took under a pier and the blur of water was essential to deliver the minimalist look in this photo that extenuates the bold, geometric patterns of the pillars. The blur of the water also changes between a more textured surface in the foreground and very smooth blur for the water that approaches the horizon. All of this draws your eye towards the sun that just set below the divet between the peaks of the mountain in the distance.
