I shot this composite over 30 minutes or so. The hospital and foreground were from early in the evening and then I waited to get a darker sky. The lighting on the Welcome sign was uneven, so I fixed that through curves layers. Other work included darkening the blacktop, removing a few distracting banners, and other minor tweaks.
