RIBBON OF LIGHT
This photo is a tribute to Eric Pare & Kim Henry. Their stunning light painting photos are what inspired my wife Bev & I to give it a try. This photo was created by illuminating a plastic tube with a flashlight and adding a sparkler for visual effect.

I very much like the effect the tube is creating. Kind of feel that the sparkler detracts from it a bit? Would have been such a clean image without. But that is just personal taste. Definitely one of the better images submitted so far!
...tHANKs for your comment Ewan. We've done with and without sparklers. I find the sparks add pizzazz but you're right, it's just personal preference. For my wife & I, the best part is getting out there and having FUN.
I really like this image -- I like the colours, I like the pose, I like how the arc is now a full circle.
I also think that the composition is better in this shot than in the other shot which you entered (not sure if you entered a 3d that I didn't yet see!).
