My local photo club runs weekly challenges. The theme for that week was "hot." I decided I wanted to shoot a hot pepper on fire.

The hot pepper was suspended with wire. I dipped it in rubbing alcohol and lit it on fire. It was lit with a beauty dish camera left, a reflector with red gel behind and camera right, and a reflector with red gel on a black seamless backdrop.
