This mid-winter sunset photo was taken in February in Rye, NH. I was desperate to get out of the house, so I took a drive out to the shore. There was not much going on besides the sunset, so I decided to focus on the waves rolling gently in, and I used a minimalist approach to emphasize on the colors, shapes and textures in the water. Handheld on a crop sensor with a ~35mm lens in burst mode.
