This is on the edge of what I consider minimalism but here we go. This was shot in Yosemite Valley. A day and a half of rainy weather had given way to clouds floating around the mountain tops surrounding the main valley. This image was entirely unplanned. While driving along the valley floor, I noticed birds circling near a cloud topped rise and took a series of images hand held by the roadside. I enjoyed the way the birds framed the trees poking through the cloud in one of the frames. None of the birds were added in post production.
