in the Montejunto Hills, at 666 meters of altitude, there is the highest concentration of these equipment: 11, within a radius of 500 meters, of which six still work.
As an example, the Avis windill, with its four working grinders, could produce one thousand kilograms of flour a day and have two millers to work daily, as the wind permitted.
