I really do like this photo, your model has an air of sensual innocence about her. Please tell me more about this photo.
Does it use real milk? I know there's something better that photographers use for food photos because milk is a little too clear in real life... I wonder, though, what people use for shots like this that is safe for a model. Here, the milk looks plenty white enough, but I suppose that could be fixed in post.
You are right about the milk, when editing you make a copy of the first layer twice, the first copy yo make black and white and then over lay it on the first layer, erase the areas of the model and the flowers so that they are visable in colour. Then the third layer you overlay on the first two and reduce its trancparency to about 50%. Then you combine the three layers and add a slight "under water" filter, about 5%. Flatten the image and adjust the colour and contrast until you get the desired effect.
