This was a prep shot before the full eclipse a couple years ago. Was able to get quite a few sunspots. Thankfully where we were the clouds had parted so we got a clear view of the sun and moon. Of course this was a tripod set up (amazing how fast it moves in and out of frame)@ 500mm and cropped further in post.
