This location is local to me and can be shot by the side of road so I'm able to visit whenever I please. That's how I ended up with this sky. The evening looked to be shaping up well so I drove over. Single 30 second exposure. I got lucky with movement in the clouds and calm air at ground level.

Just my humble feedback, for whatever it's worth... I rated a 3 and would have rated 4 if you brought up the foreground just a little. Since it's not really dark enough to silhouette, it's in this sort of middle ground that leaves it a little too dark compared to the brightness of the sky when I look at it. So if I were editing this shot, I would look to bring out the foreground just a bit more so it's closer in contrast to the sky while letting the tree alone be the darkest object. Don't mean to say it's not good as is, though! Just sharing the thought.
That's a fair point. I went roundabout with it in post. As a silhouette it just looked like I blew the exposure and I wasn't thrilled with boring green field, either. I ended up in the middle and have never been entirely happy with it.
