I took an early season bucket list trip to Yellowstone National Park a few years ago and was successful in photographing several bears, elk, bison, bald eagles, and various other exciting animals and natural wonders. This simple red squirrel still stands out as one of my favorite images from that trip. Watching him collect and eat nuts on his little branch was so peaceful and surreal. This photograph sits above my mantle in 30x40 inch canvas.
