Whitetail buck silhouette. This was taken at mid-day. How? By adjusting the basic settings on my camera. I changed the white balance to around 8000 degrees Kelvin. And I underexposed by about 2 stops, relative to what my camera meter considered to be the "proper" exposure. By making those adjustments to the settings, I was able to get a sunrise / sunset silhouette look without having to do much later when I edited it on the computer.
