This photo of a pied flycatcher was taken in some local ancient woodland about a week ago. This is the male keeping a lookout while the female was collecting nesting material. The bluebells were in also in bloom and these can be seen in the background bokeh.
Was an overcast day and had to pump the iso a little bit. Settings were:
