From the front, I flashed three Godox AD400 lamps in stripboxes creating a "Hurley triangle", and two additional Godox AD200 lamps flashed against the background (which was a white wall).
I used the Sony A7 III camera with the Sigma ART 105/2.8 DG DN MACRO lens
ISO 50, 1/250s, f/4
I took photos during the session tethered to Capture One, developed RAW there, and removed minor skin imperfections in Photoshop.

Nice picture. Just some unsolicited advice. Make this a portrait not landscape and the impact of the photo would be much better. But great fun portrait.
