For lighting I used a single Speedlite (Canon 600EX-RT) attached to a Westcott Octa Rapid Box with Grid placed very close to the subject. I used a Canon 50mm 1.8 Prime Lens at f/4.5 SS 1/250 ISO200. I did very little in post, just a tiny bit of frequency separation for retouching, some dodging in the highlights and additional sharpening.
