Portrait of model Ash taken on location in the dead of winter.
To get the bokeh of the ski hill in the background, this was all constant light. Using the modelling lamp on full brightness from a Godox AD 600 through a softbox as the key - a 2nd one with a 7" reflector camera right to separate her shoulders, and lastly a tube light overhead to act as a hair light to separate the balaclava from the background. The breath you see isn't fake as this was -21 Celsius or -5.8 Fahrenheit for you Americans.
