Portrait of Eduardo Arco, Mexican photographer.
I met Eduardo when I was 18, and he was studying art in Quebec City. He was my first photography mentor. He went back to Mexico in the mid-eighties. I met him again for the first time in 2018 when I visited him in Merida in Yucatan (MEX), where he teaches at the Escuela de Bella Arte. This was taken in Izamal in the afternoon while we were having a coffee after a day of visiting the Maya ruins. Canon 5D Mk IV and Sigma 50mm Art. The main processing done in PS was using a bump map to accentuate the texture of his face.
