The colors need some poppin' in my opinion. Up the exposure a stop or so, maybe?
I think the colors are just right.
I think her cool glasses are what are in focus and also the nose and then you get lead off to the left. Maybe if her pretty eyes had a catch light or some sort of connection? Also her hand is just there cropped at the wrist.. I just feel if you opened the crop it could help.
