Suggestions: Remove no smoking sign and weird brown pipe looking thing with handbag just below also needs removing. These all clutter the picture.
Maybe have the model hold the flowers less awkwardly or lose them altogether. It looks like you have asked her to hold them just to include them in the picture.
If wanting a more romantic slant maybe have her hold them down and forward with either her looking off to the side as if someone has just given them to her or have her smelling them with a smile on her face or reduce the number to a single rose.
Low shot not really working so lift up camera to get more of the woman in the shotand bring out her eyes.
Like i say just personal suggestions.
