I took this picture of mount Bromo in east Java Indonesia at 5 AM in the morning with my Nikon D700 with a wide 14mm lensa (I think it was a Samyang 14mm f/2.8) wide open for 30 seconds, maybe. Came earlier than other photographers and I had to perched at the end of a ledge to get to this angle of view. I love that I can still see stars and the sun starts rising at the same time on each of the sides while on the ground there’s details of residents and cars light trails as well.
