Part of a series I began a few years ago working with dancers. Shot with Canon R5, 100mm, f/4.5, 1/30s, ISO 100. Using variable ND filter.

This was a particularly treacherous day. The wind was very strong and the waves were big and coming fast. I have to get low to the water, and the waves nearly engulfed my camera multiple times. But I got some of my favorite images on this shoot. I've seen this technique a lot since I began 4 years ago. Not saying I started this idea by any means. I just never saw it before I took my first few.
