It was raining when I arrived at the lake, about 30 minutes before sunset. I was really hoping hoping the rain would stop & the clouds would part. 15 minutes from sunset the rain stopped & the clouds broke up, revealing sunlight. As sunset approached the sky turned a glorious, deep orange & the water was perfectly still...
