An ethereal image that gives off some mysterious vibes. I particularly liked the looming mountain on the right disappearing into the clouds. The conditions were terrible: 40 mph winds, sea spray and rain (I was on the end of a jetty).

Processing: Color graded to embrace that cold, mysterious feeling. The image was quite flat so I added heavy gradients and localized reverse dehaze to boost the atmosphere. Cropped to 16:9 aspect ratio to exclude the distracting beach and white caps along the coast in the foreground.

Nikon D850, 130 mm, 1/25 s, f/11, ISO 64. In retrospect, I probably didn't need to be on a tripod given the wind, I could have shot faster handheld at higher ISO, but the results were still sharp enough.
