A superzoom lens can be a great way to capture everything you need to without having to drag a ton of heavy lenses along with you. Canon's latest superzoom, the RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM, covers everything from wide angles to supertelephoto focal lengths, and this excellent video takes a look at how it holds up in a variety of shooting scenarios.
Coming to you from Gordon Laing, this great video review takes a look at the Canon RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM lens. A superzoom lens can be really useful, particularly if you are traveling or in any sort of situation in which you do not want to carry a ton of weight or cannot safely change lenses. On the other hand, to get such a large range of focal lengths, manufacturers have to make sacrifices, which means you can't expect ultra-high levels of sharpness and image quality like you would get out of a prime lens or even a less extreme zoom. However, if you temper your expectations a bit, they can be a very useful and convenient tool for a wide range of work. Check out the video above for Laing's full thoughts on the lens.
