Perfect. There are some very expensive famous name headshot and portrait photographers who don't do that quality of work.
I normally give lengthy critiques because I find as I write more ideas, observations and suggestions come to mind and it is only by providing a full, thought through critique that the photographer gets the full benefit of my lengthy experience and personal perspective. In this case the top paragraph is all that is needed and the rest is just explanation of why I have not delivered the critique that I migh have been expected to.
