The composition is good, not amazing, but good. The light is indicative of a summer beach scene and perfectly fine. The girl is classically sexy pin-up and that is fine and your technique is fine too. Is it an international prize winner? Not in my book, but there is nothing wrong with it. A sexy young woman on the beach in the sun is always going to have a lot of appeal but is the photo adding much to her undoubted charms? Not much and it lacks subtlety. Of course, subtlety is hard to do with such a perfect backside in such a swim-suite on a bright sunny beach, but then that is the challenge, perhaps.
You're still more generous than me. It's a shame to waste this poor image on such a sexy model. Lost potential here. And I'm always looking behind my subject for distractions. In this case. the crack in the rocks creates an awkward feature right at the base of her swimsuit. Yes, it's okay to look there, in order to create a better photo.
No guy will give this a thumbs down but let's be honest - the skin is over processed, the light is harsh sunlight and the feet are cut off. I still like it though :-)

did you warp her legs? looks too smoothed out to me. like the lighting but im not a fan of the shadow of her hair
