It's a solid exposure but I think it needs something more to make it a professional looking image. As it is now, it doesn't look very different than a shot that could have been snapped with any camera in that location in auto mode. Try some interesting lighting or maybe shoot with a wider aperture to really blur out that background. Here are a few dance pictures that I really love:
