This was my first chance to shoot prom photos. I'll probably get tarred and feathered for the "Dutch tilt" here but I thought it was fitting here.

I don't mind the dutch angle, it is OK. I am less keen on the highlights being bleached out. This is a personal bete noir for me but even without my personal attitude to it the fact is, clipped highlights are not right. However, and very strangely, I have to say in this shot they look less appaling than would often be the case, because the girl's tones are pretty good. Or at least I think that is why I can almost accept the flowers being too white. The dress looks a bit odd blown into this position but the fact it is apparently blowing in the wind is nice. I just think a few more shots might have captured a better shape. Overall, not too bad, and from me that is high praise for a photo with bleached highlights.
Thank you for the reply and the criticism. It's constructive. As for the flowers, those aren't flowers.. those are more or less chrome pinwheels that spin in the wind. I wish I'd had a diffuser or artificial lighting with me; I would have probably shot differently.
Thank you for the feedback!
The highlights in her dress and the sky are also clipped but yes chrome in full sun, that is going to be a tough call.
