The lighting is too hard, producing a highly textured complexion without adding anything to the image. The window frame is also annoying. And the composition is not good. Panning the camera to the left would have been better and as a bonnus this would have cropped out the window frame, too. The image seems a little blue too. If you had used a longer shutter speed of less flash power the scene through the window would have been brighter, which might have looked good. Not a fan of this shot.
