I'm really interested in being a travel photographer; I think that this style of photography is something I would excel in and really love. The industry can be sort of confusing for me. I really don't know where to start if I want to do this as a career, where I should be marketing, how to sell my skills, or who is willing to buy them.
Currently, I'm a professional real estate photographer, and I love architecture. So, I would ideally like to go into an area of travel photography where I can utilize the skills I already have. Where should I start?
Begin with the end in mind. To know where you want to go and understand light and your style. go look and download photographs for research. when you know the lighting and angles that you like. then start working on your travel portfolio.
