A few shots from the winter of 2025. The last one was inside of the Acropolis Museum. (Unfortunately, I could get everyone to walk exactly where I wanted them to. hahaha)
For iPhone users - a new version of Bluristic has dropped (v1.8) which offers new features and significant improvements in stability & useability.
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5.
NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.

I think both shots came out great. Pretty interesting light being cast on the interior, though there's a lot of shadow which many people may not like. Typically, you'll look for a more even cast of light that lets the viewer see the details and color/materials of the furniture and finishes. the chairs on the left, the exposed beam up top, the back of the chair on the right, these are little things that some photographers may hit with an external flash and blend in a bit to keep them looking a little brighter and more welcoming.
super cool building, thanks for sharing!
The exterior image of the building has wrong angles. It should be perfectly parallel, though colors are nice. But interior image was shot from completely wrong angle as well as WB is off.
The first shot is great, love in inside the house being with lighting. the second is is great for art but not what a client wants to see.
Amateur opinion.
Exterior:
Too much tree in front of the building (left side)
The painted light on the ground and trees is a bit exaggerated, seems fake cos it doesn't come from nowhere.
The lights inside looks great but the color could be less pinkish/red.
generally like it, but the left tree bothers me a lot.
Interior:
Don't like the composition, staging and the ceiling lamp is too bright.
Love how the light enters the room from the glass doors creating an awesome mood and looks very natural.
