starting my first steps into archtectural photography. We agreed on the price for the pictures but we have not spoken about the price for the rights that he can use the pictures commercially.
It is about a big commercial building he wants to sell, 2 of 40 pictures attached.
I would think 50€/$ per picture he buys is ok or to much/less?

I would suggest having your prices agreed upon within your estimate/job confirmation before shooting anything. Regarding the amount, only you can determine what is acceptable for you. But make sure to get 50% of the total prior to shooting, and the balance upon delivery.
