A beautiful woman and beautiful light with excelent use of colour, hair and dress matched and perfectly suiting her eye colour and lipstick/make-up. Well done.

I don't usually like hands in headshots/portraits but here it looks fine although it would have been better if it were not brighter than her face, minor point.

Her face is beautifully made-up and or Photoshopped.

I am not sure that the front eye is perfectly in focus, or perhaps it is but only just. However, her far eye is very soft. This alone would not be a problem, except her near shoulder shows you have a useful depth of field available, but have set it too far forward. Thus her shoulder attracts too much attention and so her face is not as much the focal point of the picture, which is not right.

I think you have lit her very very nicely but the reflections of your key light in her eyes are quite distracting to me. I would be very interested to learn what light or lightshapper you used.

Beautiful photograph but the photo-shopping of the face is just a little overdone for my liking, there's always a point beyond which a person starts looking more like a mannequin than a person and for me you went just a tad beyond that point., Nevertheless, it's still a lovely portrait

It was be nice photo but For me is to much out of focus .

I'd agree with Ian on all points. Although I don't mind the focus fall-off.
I'd also agree with Alexander about the retouch on her face. Just a tad too far.
I would consider recropping to lose some of the dead space above her head and bring her eyes up to the third point line.
Very nice connection with your model. A job well done sir.
cheers
