Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

did u use some kind of lighting or cpl filter for the exterior? it's so sharp and shiny that looks like a cgi!
For exterior, there was a CPL on the lens. Turned to bring down reflection on the left side of the frame. If I remember correctly, it was around a 5 second exposure while painting with a small soft box.
