Hi Krishna. I think the 3rd photo is your strongest. Looking at your portfolio along with these I see a common thread - the people are mostly centered. Try mixing them up a bit by putting them to either side of the frame. The 1st I think would be a good candidate for it. It could also use a bit less headroom.
