What a great smile. the light is nice and delicateand you have a good colour palette. She looks great, becasue I she is lovely but also because I can not see any sign that proves you have retouched her eyes or skin, may be you have, it is hard to say, and if you have you know where to stop and that is critically important. So, either she did not need retouching, which is great, or you know how to do it and when to stop, which is great, too.
Agree with you Ian, I'm not a fan of the background. Maybe if you moved closer to that wall/door, it may have framed her nicely, but I'm not sure. Probably better changing locations.
But, that isn't a complete deal breaker, as it's a beautiful portrait of a beautiful woman. If I could change one thing about her, it'd be that I don't like that half of her face is covered. She is great looking and shouldn't be "hiding".
I like this image, but it does look "unreal" more like a caricature painting than a real person, somehow the proportions of various aspects of her body seems exaggerated like a caricaturist would do. However if this is done in post-processing it is masterfully done, if not and the caricature look is unintended I would suggest a slightly different pose where this doesn't show up as prominently. The part that is "bugging" me the most is the ratio between the circumference of her upper arms and her chest just above her breasts.

The background is distracting and not great.
