This was my first collaborative work of 4 people which was orchestrated by the Make-Up Artist Mel Michelle.
She wanted a few photographs of her portfolio, so she called me up and found Ashley Webber to be the model, my friend Noel Bell assisted with the lighting by holding a diffuser over her head and I hold a reflector underneath.

I think you have all done really well.
I don't know the model or what the MUA did but I do feel the skintone, in the picture is too pale. Apologies if I am wrong. Perhaps a degree of darkening of the bottom of the image might just add to the focus on her face, or a tighter crop might be my preference, darken the botton even if cropped tighter might still be very helpful. Remember, the 35mm format is not ideal for uprights, in my opinion, but you don't have to use it all. Crop it square like you used an old Hasselblad film camera, or any other proportion you like, but a make up shot is all about the face. If you have any extra headroom on the original file just a bit more top space would be nice.
They relection in the eyes might be too strong, my only real criticism of the photography, although it is facially a bit flat a very small amount of shade would have given it more form, definition and impact but really, a good job.
Well done.
i totally agree with you, its a nice shot all the same.
Thank you so much for the feedback, really appreciate it
