Very interesting! Good highlight on the eyes.
The light is OK but I don't go for the stark editing in my view, extra white eyes look terrible, always, even in photographs of lovely young females but definately in men. Also I think the suggestiuon of a smile is not right with such as masculine and dramatic approach. However, the biggest fault is the metalic pink lipstick. effect.

The lips? Kinda depends on what you and the subject are trying to say in the photo but unless there is a particular reason to do anything with the lips leave them au natural, IMHO. Of course, if he is a performer and wears such makeup as part of his act or even in his every day life then it is OK.
