I would love a critique of my portrait that I did for a close friend. This was to be used as a headshot for auditions.
Used a soft fill speedlight and near the end of the day.

I'd have liked to have either the subject more centered or have more of the surrounding. The framing as it is makes your composition unbalanced. Especially as the green in the background takes a lot of attention.
Also in post, you could slightly change the size of her eyes. It is very visible that her right eye is bigger and not very flattering. This is something almost everyone has, but it's an easy fix (liquify tool or free transform tool) :)
I think it's fine but perhaps needs a little retouch work, I see she has freckles but some look like spots. Also no big earrings for an actor headshot and perhaps shoot at F6.3 or more not 1.8 so the whole subject is in focus.
