Without the original, unedited for comparison, I don't know what to say beyond i think you will have aged her. But need to see the before shot to be sure.
Never used flicker, but that image is very pixilated. Look at the outer edge of the irises of her eyes or the hair near her right eye but any of her hairs actually. It is also bigger than the latest /unedited version, which may be related.
I quite like the original but the flicker version is technically so very poor I can't really tell what may be bad editing and what is digital damage caused by posting to flicker, of one sort or another. Sorry.
I don't understand why you seem upset. Is it the comment, "I quite like the original but the flicker version is technically very poor" that you say, "holds no value to you"?
I will translate.
I quite like your work (that is a compliment by the way). but the flicker version is technically so poor I can't really tell what may be bad editing and what is digital damage caused by flicker. (that is me suggesting flicker has likely ruined your work, which may have been bad or good but now looks bad because of flicker).
Maybe it was superb. Maybe it was terrible. We can't say because the edited image, after flicker did its magic, now has no quality (that is me explaining why I can't say more, to provide cc (constructive critisism), which I assumed you were seeking when you posted your work for us to see. There was no reason to be upset, angry or rude. But if that is how you roll, feel free.
Thank you for checking out my work, for your not at all constructive criticism and for your full frank and open expression of disrespect.
I will try to remember not to cc your work in future, so as not to upset you again, not that upsetting you was ever my intention, it was not.
Don't worry about offending me with your negative and unkind comments. Rudeness is offensive, but not to the subject of the rudeness but rather to the author of it.

This is straight out of camera
There is another point, it is highly pixelated. Have you made it bigger that 100%, say 200% or even 300%?
With regards to the pixellation, I just copied a link from Flickr, it doesn't seem to be to me. But thanks for your feedback

Please don't say sorry I'm not offended, but have checked your work, and your comments don't really hold any value now!

I wish you well.
