It looks fine to me, except on her forehead, (camera left), perhaps some smoothing of the shadow and removal of what appear to be creases on her shirt at the bottom of the shot. Beyond that, a great job!
You do seem to have done a very good job. I am no expert in this field but her skin and her eyes do look slightly over done, to me, especially on her left, camera right. I'll bet she is not complaining, mind. Her top and the foliage have developed a blue magenta cast, which is a bit unnatural, especially her top. It looks like a photographic colour problem, not real. However, the original looks perfect in terms of the top's colour, warm on the highlight side and blueish on the shade side, as it should be. This gives her a more 3D effect, as well as the colour not distracting by it being not right.
In terms of the shot, it is a bit boring, truth be told. She is very attractive but she is looking rather non-desript. As a beauty shot, we should be much closer in. As a portrait we need a smile or sexy expression or some engagement with the camera etc. As a reouching exercise, closer in please, like a beauty shot, would have been better. Don't misunderstand, she has a nice figure but somehow it is as if her boobs have been included for the sake of it. Crop lower or higher, I'd suggest.
to be honest, i like the tones and colors on the left, but the eyes on the right is good...
there is just a few parts i would like to mention
maybe you can understand it better if i show you.
Farbod, tks a lot for that. Some of the things you pointed our I did notice but decided to leave there, like the big red circle you made on her forehead. Maybe I was trying to leave something behind so she would still look human :D
But you are right, if I'm gonna do it, better go all the way I guess :)
The skin is perhaps a bit too far just for my taste, but it's hard when you're looking side by side with the original of course. I would say the whites of her eye could be closer to the original and there would still be plenty of light coming in. The iris is good as you retouched it though. :)
It's just the shadows on her face. Don't do frequency separation to get rid of those. Use local dodging and burning to lighten the shadow highlight transitions. Will give you a much more pleasing outcome and more realistic. Sometimes if there aren't many harsh shadow highlight transitions, frequency separation does the trick though.
Hi Bruno,

Hi Sriraman,
I used Dani Diamond's technique with a few changes. You can find his tutorial for sale online, worth every cent :)
I like it. Good job.
Looks good
