Beauty photography is not a genre I have done much of at all, and never in recent years, but these don't quite work for me. I don't know what lenses you have but for me standing a bit further back, and using a longer lens, would have produced a more attractive perspective, whilst allowing the framing you have chosen. The lighting is also, to dramatic for beauty, imo. The shaddows, especially around the eyes, should be a lighter shade, allowing the form of the face to be softer and the eyes to be more visible. Finally, I would reduce the "airbrushing", which makes the girls' skin look very plastic, although the bottom one is rather better than the others, in this regard.
