I find the people in the bg a little distracting but at least you have used very shallow dof, so they are attenuated. I find her skin tone a bit strange, in that her hand is much brighter, too bright, than her face, which is only just not too bright, for a fashion look her face is fine. She looks like a fashion model, she works well with you and the fashion looks good. I am no expert on fashion photogrpahy but I'd give it 7.5 out of 10, a good job so nearly a bit better again. You have skills and a lovely model, keep on shooting and submitting for CC.
