Well executed shot, which has the theatrical / burlesque vibe, including the look of the follow spot and the coloured theatrical lights. The only suggestion I can make is that on stage the lighting is usually very contrasty, with plenty of deep shade, especially when the subject/scene is of the night. So, a deep vigniette and or other effects to create darkness might have added more theatre. Follow spots are also more or less invariably very blue. See below. My version is quite dark, so will only look its best against a dark background, so please click on it. It makes it so much better.
Too burned. Follow Ian's suggestions =) personally, I'd put lights in front of her, up; while you put them on the right (watching). In this way I'd probably create more shadows, which fit better the image to me.
Anyway, good job!

However, very well done.

I had a beauty dish up front above and a parabolic to the right to fill, definitely could have cut used the light to the right less.
