A couple of old photos taken while the Amtrak was stopped - somewhere in Colorado, I think?
(And yes, I like that the vertical leans!)
Just a heads up for anyone that may be interested (and as things are slow in the group.....).
The attitude of these birds seemed me as human , so I took it.
This female has arrived at Hamerton. This place rescues animals from all over the world, mainly endangered species, and they breed when they can.
I've photographed Ady a few times now. We get better each time as a team. This image was a fave from our latest session. I hope you like it to.

I love it Rex! Beautiful photo :-)
Great work and happy New Year!
Beautiful shot
Rex, Nice shot! Love the scene, colors, refection in the water, and position of the setting sun. The small aperture adds a nice starburst and the small sun flares add to the composition. My only composition critique is the foreground rock position as it clips the water just a bit, Most likely you were stuck in that location by a few friendly photographers on your left.
Congrats!
I see exactly what you're talking about...that's gonna drive me nuts until I can go re-shoot it now! :) Thanks for the insight! And, haha, you were right on the money with the friendly photographers!
Absolutely beautiful!!
Very good shot, well executed. A Classic for sure but no worse for that.
