Another interesting look. The issue here is the same as last time, the topography across the view and no focal point. Consequently little depth and a bit dull, which is odd as the sky is so wild and exciting.

It appears there was a radial blur added to the sky. ?? If so, it seems a little heavy to me. It overtakes the foreground, so my eye doesn't know what to focus on more.
I agree with Ian's comment on focal point. Perhaps those snow covered plants in the foreground off of that super cool sky would have been golden IMO. -JP

No radial filter was used its a 30 sec exposure so the fast moving clouds are blurred
