Ciaran,
Wow a very nice location. I like the colors in the scene, and the low sunlight adds interest. I can't see the shutter speed but it looks pretty short. A longer shutter duration might have made those clouds nice and wispy against the rocks, lake, and hills. Without a horizon line you have some flexibility on the image leveling...as is the image feels to me that its listing to the left a bit.
Best,
Mike

Ciaran, Nice shot.

Michael, perfect CC. Nailed it again.

Nice color balance with the sun from the left illuminating the rocky cliffs to the right, I agree with Mike a longer shutter speed would have enhanced the clouds, sky, and water.

Cheers folks. When I was up there I actually thought about taking a shot with my ten stop, but my time with blue sky was clearly going to be short. I did shoot an f/22 frame, but it wasn't great so I didn't use it.

However to be honest while I like the effect that dragging the shutter has on water, I dislike the effect on clouds, I'd rather have a defined sky.
